This exceptional boat stands out not only for its entirety (structure, deck plan, interior and exterior equipment, etc.), its seamanship qualities, but also for its history linked to the 7th art of the city of Cannes and its festival.
Lord Remington, young heir of the American Remington family, fell under the charm of the schooner and bought it on the advice of his friend Federico Fellini, Italian director and screenwriter.
He gave it a new name “O’Remington” and transformed it into a true luxury yacht.
Federico Fellini himself designed most of the interior arrangements and decorations and had the Palme d’Or engraved on the bow of the boat.
The greatest names from Cinecittà, such as Luchino Visconti, Marcello Mastroianni, Anita Ekberg and many artists, succeeded each other on board this sumptuous yacht.
The schooner was also owned by Maria Callas and Aristotle Onassis, the wealthy Greek shipowner.
